I just finished reading Kelly Corrigan's memoir, The Middle Place. I thoroughly enjoyed the book but especially loved this essay that is printed at the end as a bonus. I looked for the transcript of it online but didn't find it, so I'm posting the video of her reading it. It's a very honest and well-written essay about my generation of mothers and friends - basically women in general. I hope you like it as much as I do.
